Tonight, I did Billy Blanks Tae Bo Power. I was feeling the sweat on my face. I usually sweat behind my neck. Sweat was there too. Light sweat on all areas. I might use my 2lb weighted gloves the next time I do this workout. The gloves that came with the workout seems light compare to my 2lb weighted gloves or I might use my 2lb walking dumbbells – the pink ones.
I’m glad that I have decided to do this workout.
Tonight, I have done Leslie Sansone Walk Slim Fast Start! 1 & 2 Mile Walk. I’ve worn my weighted vest. I didn’t do the whole cool down. I’ve started it and done about a minute of it, then stopped. I’m glad that I did this workout.
Tonight, I’ve done Ultimate Conditioning Volume 2 Ground Fighters by Scott Sonnon. I did set 2, 3 and 4. I’ve open my new 6lb weight ball and used it for the workout. The workout total was a little over 20 minutes, but I did like 15 minutes, because I didn’t do set 1.
Tonight, I’ve done Billy Blanks Tae Bo Get Celebrity Fit Cardio Workout and I’m glad that I have done it. I wasn’t going to exercise, but I couldn’t let it be three days that I didn’t exercise. I didn’t get a chance to exercise last night. As I was about to start, company came over.
I can’t wait until Billy’s other Dojo series hit Amazon or Walmart.
Tonight, I have done Billy’s Boot Camp Mission Spot Training Lower Body.
Last night, 04-26-12, I’ve done 200 adductors and abductors. I did 100 adductors and abductors a few days earlier and forgot to log it.
Tonight, I did Billy’s Boot Camp Cardio Sculpt. I’ve started using my original walking resistance band, then weight to my 3lb weights.
