Tae Bo 30 Day, Day 6 Tae Bo Ripped Extreme

Tonight, I have done Tae Bo 30 Day, Day 6 Tae Bo Ripped Extreme. This workout is 62 minutes. You work out for 55 minutes. 30 minutes cardio and 25 minutes sculpting. Billy is the only man in this workout. This workout is strictly for women. I’ve used my 3lb weights. I felt the burn with the weights.
