Tae Bo 30 Day, Day 5 Billy’s Boot Camp S.O.S. Sweat Off The Sizes

Tonight, I’ve done Tae Bo 30 Day, Day 5 Billy’s Boot Camp S.O.S. Sweat Off The Sizes. In this workout, Billy does a combination pushups move. I did a few full pushups, but wind up doing a lot on my knees. I don’t have a lot of exercise room, so tonight, I didn’t do all the pushups moves he was doing, but I will get there.
