Tonight, I’ve done Supreme 90 Day, Day 71 Shoulders/Arms and Billy’s Boot Camp Billy’s Blaster Ball Workout. I wanted to do Billy’s Tae Bo workout and it was a good strengthen workout.
I had electrical problems, since Saturday and my problem didn’t get fixed until yesterday, August 30, 2011. I gotten home late, after 8 p.m. last night,due to working late, so no exercise was done last night.
I will be adding Billy’s Boot Camp Billy’s Blaster Ball Workout to my Tae Bo Kickboxing 30 day challenge. It’s a good strength workout. Tae Bo on the ball.
