I have a body fat percentage and pounds of fat goal and in order to get there by losing 100% pounds of fat, I’m aiming to lose between 4 to 8 pounds of fat a month. Leaning more towards the 4 pounds of fat a month. I might not make it to 8 pounds of fat loss each month. Small numbers is best to land on first.
It’s going to take me a year or so to get to my body fat percentage/pounds of fat loss, but I’m okay with that. I want the unhealthy fat gone.
