Supreme 90 Day, Day 64 Shoulders/Arms

Tonight, I did Supreme 90 Day, Day 64 Shoulders/Arms. I’ve used my 8lb weights. I was going to do Billy’s Blaster Ball with this workout. I’m glad that I’ve decided not to do it.
