Supreme 90 Day, Day 62 Cardio Challenge and Tae Bo Ultimate Abs

Last night (08-18-11), I’ve done Supreme 90 Day, Day 62 Cardio Challenge and Tae Bo Ultimate Abs. I didn’t get a chance to record it, due to the bad weather last night. It was raining, thundering and lightening and I wasn’t about to be on my computer.

Tae Bo Ultimate Abs is stated as being 30 minutes, but it’s an hour. It’s a compilation of Tae Bo abs workouts from other Tae Bo workouts. It was a good workout.

I was going to do Tae Bo Insane Abs, but decided against it, because it was 50 minutes and I wanted to do a shorter Tae Bo workout, due to doing Supreme 90 Day, Day 62 Cardio Challenge, which is 31 minutes. I wanted to workout an hour. Little did I remember how long Tae Bo Ultimate Abs was. I wasn’t my first time doing the workout. I should have at least remember that it was longer than 30 minutes. Oh, well. I still love it. I’m a big fan of Tae Bo.

For Supreme 90 Day, Day 62 Cardio Challenge, I’ve used my 3lb weights.
