Supreme 90 Day, Day 61 Chest/Back

Tonight, I’ve done Supreme 90 Day, Day 61 Chest/Back. I’ve used my 8lb weights with this workout. I would have done a Tae Bo workout with it, but I’m going to in church service shortly.
