Tonight, I’ve done Supreme 90 Day Day 57 Shoulders/Arms and Leslie Sansone Walk Away The Pounds 2 Mile Brisk Walk. For my Supreme 90 Day, Day 57 Shoulders/Arms workout, I’ve used my 8lb weights. I’m glad that I have incorporated Leslie’s 2 Mile Brisk Walk with the strength workout. “I’m Feeling Good. Power Walk. Power Walk. I’m Feeling Good.”
