I’ve used my 8lb weights with my Supreme 90 Day, Day 48 Chest/Shoulder’s Tri’s workout.
I wanted to do a walking workout afterwards and I’m glad that I did. I haven’t done a Leslie’s indoor walking workout in a while. It felt good.
