Tonight, I’ve done both Supreme 90 Day, Day 44 Cardio Challenge and Billy Blanks 30 Power Rounds Thirty 1- Minute Tae Bo Power Workouts. I’m glad that I have added the Tae Bo workout. It felt good doing the workout.
For the Supreme 90 Day, Day 34 Cardio Challenge workout, I have used my 10lb weights and I have done the full 30 seconds of moutain climbers. I usually stop for a few seconds and then pick back up.
