Supreme 90 Day, Day 38 Back/Bi’s

Tonight, I’ve done Supreme 90 Day, Day 38 Back/Bi’s. I’ve used both my 8lb and 10lb weights. I was able to do 5 to 6 plank pullups with my 8lb weights.
