Supreme 90 Day, Day 21 Legs & 10 Minute Solution Slim & Sculpt Pilates (10 Minute Abs Workout)

Tonight, I’ve done Supreme 90 Day, Day 21 Legs & 10 Minute Solution Slim & Sculpt Pilates (10 Minute Abs Workout). The Abs workout was good for 10 minutes. It required the use of a toning band. My mine didn’t stay like the instructor’s band did, but I’ve managed. This had to be an intermediate or advance workout, because some of the moves was new to me or at least I couldn’t do them. They aren’t beginners move.

I thank God for allowing me to see another day and be able to workout again. I love you God!
