Supreme 90 Day, Day 15: Chest/Back

Tonight, I have done Supreme 90 Day, Day 15: Chest and Back. It’s my second time doing the workout. I didn’t have a ball the first time I did this workout. This is the first workout of the program. I have done good on the ball, except for the ball pushups. I can’t even do a full pushup. I wasn’t able to do ball pushups, but I will master it and if not, I’ll still be happy.

I’ve used my 8lb weights with this workout.

I thank God for allowing me to see another day and be able to workout again.
