Supreme 90 Day, Day 14: Legs

Tonight, I’ve done Supreme 90 Day, Day 14: Legs. I didn’t fall off the ball. I’m getting the hang of the ball, again it’s the added air that made my ball better stable for me.

I’ve used my 5lb weights for this workout.

I thank God for allowing me to see another day and be able to workout again.
