Supreme 90 Day, Day 8: Total Body

Tonight, I’ve done Supreme 90 Day, Day 8: Total Body. It’s a good cardio/strength workout. I’ve used my 5lb weights, but next time, I do the workout, I want to use my 8lb weights, to test my next weight level with this workout.

I thank God for allowing me to see another day and another workout day.

Edit to say: It was brought to my attention that Day 8 is not Total Body. I have made a mistake and did the wrong workout. Total Body is after Legs in the package, so I did that workout. Today, I was suppose to do Chest/Back again. Oh well, mistakes happens. If The Lord says the same, I will pick up with Day 9 tomorrow. Ultimate Ball. I need to blow my ball up.
