Supreme 90 Day, Day 7: Legs

I forgot to log this workout last night, 06-13-11. I’ve done Supreme 90 Day, Day 7: Legs. This is a cardio workout, but we do use weights as well. I have used my 5lb weights for this workout. I hope to use my 8lb weights next time.

This is a good legs workout.
