Supreme 90 Day, Day 6: Cardio Challenge

For my workout this evening, I’ve done Supreme 90 Day, Day 6: Cardio Challenge. This workout is cardio, but you do use weights in it to build up the intensity, so to me this is a cardio/strength workout. This workout is done a day after strength workout. I find it strange that this program done this. They even do some of the same strength moves in this workout as well. Professionals have created this program, so I guess they know what they are doing.

I’ve used my 5lb weights in this workout.

I thank God for allowing me to see another day and allowing me to be able to work out today.

I like this program.
