Supreme 90 Day, Day 5: Shoulders & Arms

Tonight, I’ve done Supreme 90 Day, Day 5: Shoulders & Arms. I’ve used my 5lb and 8lb weights. The workout required the exercise ball as well, but I didn’t use my ball, because I haven’t open it yet.

I thank God for allowing me to see today and be able to do another workout.
