Billy’s Boot Camp Elite Mission Spot Training Lower Body With Billy Blanks

Tonight, I’ve done Billy’s Boot Camp Mission Spot Training Lower Body. It’s only 30 minutes and a good short workout. The back cover shows them using the Billy bands, but they aren’t used in this workout and I’m glad. I didn’t really feel like getting my Billy bands out. I wasn’t going to use them in this workout tonight, if they were needed.
