Billy’s Boot Camp Elite Mission Spot Training Upper Body With Billy Blanks

Tonight, I’ve done Billy’s Boot Camp Elite Mission Spot Training Upper Body With Billy Blanks and it was a good strength workout. I’ve received this workout today and I’m glad that I have decided to do it. They used weights and I’ve used my weight gloves.

I’m glad that Billy have made this cardio strength workout. I have another strength workout, I can look forward to doing. I like when strength workout be cardio as well. I can hit two birds with one stone.
