Tonight’s Exercise: Budokon Weight Loss System by Cameron Shayne. Budokon is part yoga and part kickboxing.The dvd has two workouts: A 30 minute workout and a 40 minute workout. I did the 40 minute workout. Why did it have to have yoga? I don’t like yoga and the yoga part is 20 minutes. I did a little of the yoga, because I thought it was going to be short. I liked the kickboxing part.
