10 Minute Solution Belly, Butt & Thigh Blasters! by Jessica Smith

Tonight, I have worked out to 10 Minute Solution Belly, Butt & Thigh Blasters! by Jessica Smith. My copy came with two sculpting loops instead of one loop. It came with a blue and and yellow loop. Jessica uses the blue loop in the workout.

The workout was good, the only thing that I didn’t like is that the loop kept rolling together or rolling down my body. I’ve only seen Jessica’s loop roll together and down one each; other than that, her loop stayed in place. Mine stayed in place a couple of times.

I’m going to put some powder on it the next time I work out to this workout. I thought about spraying some olive oil spray on it. I’m going to try both to see which one works better.

I thank God for allowing me to see another workout day. I was going to do a strength workout, but a sculpting workout was good too.
