Gold’s Gym Boot Camp My Booty!

Today, I have decided to do a short workout, because of all the things that I have to do this evening. So, I have gone with Gold’s Gym Boot Camp My Booty! This 30 minute workout targets your hip, thighs and glutes.

I had this workout for months and finally had a chance to do it today.
