Khi Bae Intermediate Aerobic Kickboxing workout with Silk Manning

Tonight, I have done Khi Bae Intermediate Aerobic Kickboxing workout with Silk Manning. I wish that Silk’s workout wasn’t so short. It’s under 30 minutes. I’ve used my weighted gloves with this workout. It didn’t call for gloves. I just wanted to wear them with this workout. The workout made me sweat in the face.
