Crunch Pick Your Spot Pilates (Belly, Butt, Thigh) with Ellen Barrett

Tonight, for my workout, I’ve done: Crunch Pick Your Spot Pilates (Belly, Butt, Thigh) with Ellen Barrett. It’s 3 10 minute workouts for each spot and then a 10 minute total body workout.

I haven’t done Pilates in a while. I have to do it more often. I prefer it over yoga. I don’t like doing yoga.
