For my workout tonight, I did Tonight’s Exercise:10 Minute Solution Special K Fashion Fit Workout. Combination of Kickboxing and lower body (buns and thigh) workouts.
I like this 40 minute workout. I’m use to 10 Minute Solution being 50 minutes, but I guess, because it’s a Special K workout, it’s 40 minutes. Jessica Smith does a wonderful job in this. Two of the 4 exercise is kickboxing and the other 2 focus more on the lower body. The buns and thighs.
The workout total is cardio and sculpting.
