Tonight, I have done The Firm The 500 Calorie Workout With Kelsie Daniels. This is a fast pace workout. All The Firm workouts tend to be fast pace. All the instructors sounds alike. I have another workout by Kelsie. She’s a good instruction. I just have to keep up with her. I have to master some of the moves.
The 60 minute workout is a cardio weights workout. It’s a good cardio/strength workout.
