My workouts for this evening: Core Rhythms Salsa Blast With Jaana Kunitz & Julia Powers and 1 Mile Jog With Leslie Sansone.
Jaana and Julia taught different ways to salsa. In Leslie’s workout, there’s a section where she works on the thighs, using a ankle band.
Core Rhythms Salsa Blast = 45 minutes
1 Mile Jog = 30 minutes
Workout total = 1 hour 15 minutes
