Tonight, I’ve worked out late, after 8 p.m. – around 8:30 p.m. I’ve done Kickbox Underground Total Body Conditioning Workout With Guillermo Gomez. The workout was a different kickboxing workout. Guillermo Gomez is good at building combinationg steps. His cueing was off. It could have been better. It was easy to get lost in this workout. One of his background exerciser gotten lost. The workout is stated to be an intermediate fitness level, but it wasn’t that to me. It was more like a beginner workout. I’ve been doing Tae Bo for years and a lot of the moves they did in this workout, Billy does in his workouts. There’s one move that Billy doesn’t do and that’s the cresent kick. I didn’t like the fact that the dvd wasn’t edited right. In some parts of the workout, you hear Guillermo’s voice over, instead of him talking. The cool down is in his voice over.
I’ve used my weighted gloves with this workout.
This workout will be a light different kickboxing workout.
