Tonight, I’ve decided to do another walking workout. I did Walk Yourself Fit With Chris Freytag. 3 Indoor Walking workouts. Two 1 mile workouts and one 1 1/2 mile workout. All three workouts equal to 3 1/2 miles. The second 1 mile workout included toning.
The dvd is stated to be 62 minutes, but I’ve clocked it at 80 minutes. The warm up and cool down for all three exercises are the same. Each is five minutes. The 1 mile workouts are 15 minutes and the 1 1/2 mile workout is 20 minutes.
The workouts are broken down:
1. Accelerate Workout – Intervals (15 minutes, 25 minutes with warmup and cool down)
2. The Body Shaping Workout – Toning (15 minutes, 25 minutes with warmup and cool down)
3. The Cardio Workout (20 minutes, 30 minutes with warmup and cool down)
Chris Freytag is a good trainer.
