Tonight, I have done Slim, Strong & Sexy Body Sculpt. Upper Body workout with Michelle Dozois. The 30 minute upper body sculpting workout was good. I’ve my 8 pound weights. Michelle has moves, where you use the resistance band and weight together. I like that. I’ve never did something like that before, this was the first workout sculpting workout that I have done that did this.
This dvd is broken down into Upper body and Lower body workout. I can’t wait to see what the lower body workout is like.
