I just finished doing Prevention Fitness Systems Dance Yourself Thin With Marie Forleo. I wanted to do this one as my tonight’s workout and I’m glad that I did. This is my third time doing the 42 minute workout and it brought on sweat again. Not a big sweat, but a small one.
My total workout time, including my 2 mile 30 minute indoor walk = 72 minutes. 1hr and 12 minutes.
I thank God for allowing me to be able to get both in today.
