I had a good workout tonight. I’ve done Walk Away The Pounds Ultimate Collection 1 Mile Get Up & Get Started With Leslie Sansone & Get Celebrity Fit Cardio Workout With Billy Blanks. I wanted something that would have made my workout an hour or close to it, so that’s why I have chosen to do a 15 minute indoor walking workout. The Tae Bo workout is 43 minutes. Total, two minutes shy of being an hour, but if I run it off, it would be an hour.
I was sweating doing Tae Bo. I truly love doing Tae Bo.
I feel good. If the Lord Says The Same, I plan on doing an indoor walking workout tomorrow morning, for my morning walk challenge.
