Yesterday, I was thinking about challenging myself to do an indoor walking workout after my 5:00 a.m. morning prayer. I want to walk for five days a week, doing different walk levels. Yesterday morning, I have done a 2 mile walk with Leslie Sansone. This morning, I plan to do a 2 mile walk with George Foreman and Petra Kolber.
I’m not certain as to how long I will be challenging myself to do this walk challenge. Today is February 10, 2011. I might end this challenge in December 2011 or it probably will be an ongoing challenge. I just feel that I need this challenge.
