This morning, I have done the 1 & 2 mile walk from Leslie Sansone Walk Slim Fast Start! 1 & 2 Mile 3 Fast Miles workouts and it was good. It’s a 35 minute workout. The 2 mile walk was good.
If the Lord says the same, I want to do another workout this evening. I’m leaning towards Tony Horton’s Power Half Hour Thigh Trimmer.
