Tonight, I have done dual workouts:Women’s Health Total Workout In Ten W/Amy Dixon and Crunch Workout: Boot Camp W/Suzanne Hitzmann. Both exercises were a combination of cardio and strength. They both were good workouts. They totaled to 74 minutes. An hour and 14 minutes. Just right up my workout time range.
