Dual Workouts: Resistance Cord Workout W/Charles Shand & Sugar Ray Leonard and Laila Ali Lightweight Beginner’s Workout

Tonight, I have done two workouts: Resistance Cord Workout with Charles Shand (30 minutes) and Sugar Ray Leonard & Laila Ali Lightweight Beginner’s Workout (31 minutes).

I had Sugar Ray Leonard & Laila Ali’s workout for a while, but tonight was my first time doing this workout. I have the heavyweight workout with them as well.

Both workouts were good.
