Power 90 Master Series Core Cardio

I just finished the 48:30 minute Power 90 Master Series Core Cardio. I’m going to master the roll pushup. I have to master doing pushups, so I can do the pushups instead of just the pushup plank.

I’m glad that I have done this workout tonight. I know it’s lest than my workout challenge – 1 hour to 1/2 hour of working out. But, this is good enough for tonight. It’s after 8 p.m. I didn’t need to workout longer than this tonight.
