Walk Slim Fast & Firm! 4 Really “Big” Miles! With Leslie Sansone

Tonight, I’ve worked out to Walk Slim Fast & Firm! 4 Really “Big” Miles! with Leslie Sansone. The exercise is said to be 56 minutes, but I’ve clocked it at 59 minutes, including the stretching. The 4 mile walk felt good. I haven’t done it in a while. I’m glad that I have decided to do it tonight.
