Dual Workout: Tae Bo Cardio Circuit Vol 1 & 10 Minute Solution Fat Blasting Latin Dance

Tonight I’ve worked out to two workout dvds. Tae Bo Cardio Circuit Volume 1 and 10 Minute Solution Fat Blasting Latin Dance Mix. I did two of the Latin workouts: Fat Burning Cha Cha and Salsa Slim Down. Total minutes worked out: 56.

I had a good time doing both workouts.
