Tonight, I have worked out to Men’s Health The Belly Off! Workout (The Strength Training Routine). The workout was good. A good intense workout. The only woman in the workout – Rainey is doing the modification. The workout is stated to be 58 minutes, but I have clocked it at 54 minutes, minus the introduction.
The five minute Ab Blast workout was a good ab workout.
I like doing circuit and interval workouts. I can’t wait to get the other workout to this series.
