New Year (2011) Fat Loss Challenge: For April

I’m challenging myself to do the following, for April’s Result Weigh In.

1. To lose 2% body fat
2. To lose 5 inches
3. To lose 10 pounds
4. To lose 1 dress size

I believe in myself that I will get results. It may not be all four of them, but I’m going to get a couple of them.
