Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred

Today, I have received my three pack Jillian Michaels workouts. 30 Day Shred, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and No More Trouble Zones.

I was going to do the whole 30 Day Shred dvd, because it stated that it was 60 minutes, but I found out that each exercise is over 20 minutes. I’ve done level one and level two. Level one is 28 minutes and level two is 27 minutes.

The workouts are good. They are on my level. Of course, some of the exercises I couldn’t do all way. I had to modify them. It’s nothing new. I have to modify some of the exercises from a lot of my other workout dvds.

I can’t wait to workout to level 3, but it will be a while. Maybe Friday or at least Sunday. It includes strength exercise, like the other two levels and I don’t want to lift weights soon. I want to give my muscle time to rest, before I work them again.
