Billy’s Boot Camp Mission 3: Rock Solid Abs

Tonight, I have done the 28 minute workout for the first time. I didn’t use the bands nor did I use my weights. Next time I do this workout, I plan on using the bands or my weights.

I still have gotten a good workout.
