Island Girl Dance Fitness Workout Tahitian Cardio With Kili

Tonight, I’ve done Island Girl Dance Fitness Workout Tahitian Cardio with Kili. I was surprise that I have remember the dance move, because I haven’t done the exercise in a while and it’s was my second time doing the workout.

Kili and her friends shows the dance, before they go through the exercise moves to teach you the dance.

The workout is said to be 30 minutes, but including the warm up, it’s 35 minutes.
