Tonight, I’ve worked out to Power 90 Fat Burning System Sculpt 3-4 and Ab Ripper 200 workouts. Sculpt 3-4 was 38 minutes and Ab Ripper 200 was 5:49 minutes.
The same exercises that are done in Sculpt 1-2 and Ab Ripper 100 are done in Sculpt 3-4 and Ab Ripper 200. The latter have more reps.
I feel the burn in my arms down and I have worked out three hours ago. I’ve felt the burn with Ab Ripper 200 during the ab workout.
