Tonight, I have exercised to Power 90 Master Series Sweat 5-6. The 44:39 minute workout worked the legs.
In this exercise, Tony does yoga. I’m not a big fan of yoga. I rather pilates over yoga, but I have done it as much as I can.
I can’t wait to try Sweat 1-2 and 3-4, Sculpt 3-4 and Ab Ripper 200.
