Power 90 Fat Burning System Sculpt 1-2 and Ab Ripper 100

I just finished the Power 90 Fat Burnins System Sculpt 1-2 (28:44 minute) and Ab Ripper 100 (4:13 minute) workout.

The workouts were short, but to the point.
