Tae Bo II Get Ripped Advanced Workout 1

Tonight, my exercise of choice was Tae Bo II, Get Ripped Advanced Workout 1. I haven’t done this workout in a while. This workout had me sweating. It felt so good. I’ve used my 2 pound weighted gloves for this workout.

This is a good intense 60 minute workout.

This workout is 10 years old. Billy’s older Tae Bo workouts are on a different level than his latest workouts. Yes, they may include the same moves, but the older workout tends to work you out more than some of the latest workouts.

This workout will truly get your ripped.
